Wrap Star

10 06 2008

All I got today was some mushrooms, cheddar cheese, tortillas , pepper, and gods gift to man – sour cream.

Put some cheese and mushrooms on a tortilla. Then microwave for a minute. Next add some pepper and sour cream. Last roll it and eat. How simple, but how good.

VERY!

Bacon Lettuce Wrap

29 05 2008

All I got today is bacon, lettuce, mayo, and a tortilla.
(sorry if the pics are blurry, I need to get the hang of the new camera)

First, fry up some bacon in a pan. I used three slices. Good old Turkey bacon. (hey thats what I had)

Make the pan hot and keep it hot.

Second, get some of your favorite lettuce. I used a Italian salad mix.

Then add some of the salad on top a tortilla. About a hand full.

Next, add the bacon on top of the salad and tortilla. Put a little mayo on top. You could skip this step, but why? why?

Last roll it up.

I just had to eat some. This took a few minutes to make and tastes great. Simple, yet good.
