What you need is…

8oz cream cheese

1/2 cup chopped cranberries

1 mandarin orange

8 oz whipped topping.

1 tsp vanilla

Steps

Get your cranberries out of the fridge or freezer. If there in the freezer run them under cold water.

Chop those cranberries until they are small and minced. You could be smart and put them into a food processor . Wait some people do not have a food processor.

Hummus

17 07 2008

Hummus is great. Never heard of it. Well look it up following this link. Wait read my post first.  Hummus  is a dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas. I had Hummus recently for the first (new first) time. I love it on sandwiches with a little avocados and cheese. It is also good on wraps or tortillas. Great as a dip. It is great tasting and is a healthy spread for sandwiches or as a dip.

Happy Cooking.
