Easy Lemon Pie

All you need is…

*A baked pie shell – graham cracker works well

*1 – 15oz can of sweetened condensed milk

*1/3 cup lemon juice

*1/4 teaspoon salt

whipped topping or whipped cream

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients and stir until thick.

2. Pour into the prepared pie shell.

3. Chill for at least 3 hours.

4. Top with whipped topping.

Enjoy.

This is a low item pie that can be made in minutes, wait minutes I thought it was said, wait three hours. Oh wait three hours that is all.

Apple Raisin Cranberry Cake

Warning: This is a test cake it could not come out at all.

All you need it…
* 3 cup All purpose flour

* 2 cup Sugar

* 1 teaspoon Cinnamon ground

* 1 teaspoon Baking soda

* 1/2 teaspoon Salt

* 1 can Apple Pie Filling

* 1 cup Oil

* 3 large Egg well beaten

* 1/2 cup raisins

* 1/2 cup dried cranberries

* 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

* 2 tablespoons milk

Steps

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

2. Add the eggs, apple pie filling, milk, cranberries, raisins, vanilla, and oil

3. Mix with a wooden (or not wooden) spoon, not a mixer until combined.

4. Pour batter into greased pan.

5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.

6. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.

Semi – Homemade

Sandra would be proud Alton would be worried. I can hear his voice now.

Apple Biscuits.
All you need is…
1 can of biscuits (kind you open can and put biscuits in oven)
1 can of apple pie filling
sugar
cinnamon

Steps
1. Open biscuits can
2. Split each biscuits in half
3. Put one apple and some of the sauce on the half
4. Cover the biscuit with other half and seal the edges
5. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on top of each biscuit
6. Bake according to the cans directions

Pizza Bruschetta

All You Need Is…

One skinny loaf crusty bread (french bread)

1 can diced tomatoes drained – 14.5 oz is good

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons ricotta cheese

Sprinkling of feta cheese

Italian seasoning- to your liking

Pepper – to your liking

Salt – to your liking

Garlic – to your liking

8 green olives diced

Steps

1. Drain the tomatoes

2. In a bowl add the tomatoes, olives, garlic, pepper, salt, italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and stir until combined.

3. Cut the bread into about 1 inch slices.

4. Top the bread with the tomato mixture.

5. Sprinkle with feta cheese.

6. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through. The feta might not be melted all the way.
