* 2 cups granulated sugar
* 2 cups water
* 2 cups fresh cranberries
* 3/4 cup sugar

Steps
1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Bring the water to a simmer and remove from the heat.

3. Add the cranberries. and pour into a bowl.

4. Cover and  Refrigerate overnight.

5. Strain the cranberries.

6. Lay the cranberries out on a tray to dry for about an hour.

7. Enjoy!

Really the sugar added at the end needs to be superfine sugar.

Here is how to make it at home if you can not get it at a store, most do not carry it, or at least one does not think so

“If you fail in your search and your store manager wouldn’t recognize customer service if he tripped over it, you can make your own superfine sugar by running granulated sugar in a food processor or blender until powdery.
